WGE is a free online exchange program for women all over the world.
Our main idea is to help women become leaders, take initiatives, share, discuss their experiences and problems through a global vision.
We promote leadership, confidence, responsibility, and power to young women.
All participants are divided into small groups with a facilitator in each. Every week groups have a mandatory meeting to discuss the topic of the week. And you will have an individual task for the week to get deeper into the theme.
And these small groups are divided into pairs because we want you to have personal experience in our community.
Of course, our program includes all-community meetings, random coffee meetings, networking, and fun activities!
