Women's Global Exchange is a non-commercial fem-project of Yulia Kharlamova from Russia. The idea of WGE is to assemble women who are willing to be leaders of their lives and future. We want to create a global network of enthusiastic women that make the world better. Our values are leadership, open-mindedness, kindness, and willingness to learn. If you share them, we are a good choice for you.

The system of WGE is pretty simple. All participants are divided into groups and then in pairs. Every week we talk about a specific topic: culture, leadership, social justice, etc. Participants get tasks based on the theme, and they can make them any creative way.

The most meaningful part of WGE is 5-6 weeks. In this period, participants will have to take an action and make a project to create a change(small or big) in their community or to commit a personal transformation. It can be anything! Make a public speaking for the first time in life? Get to know this girl you always wanted to? Volunteering project in your school? Yes, everything can be your project. And the best project gets the nomination "WGE leader of the year."
